Terms and Conditions

All items unless specified are new and supplied from stocks held in our Sussex warehouse. Despatch will normally be made on the next working day after receipt of cleared payment. If a fault is found with any item, the fault should be notified as soon as possible. such items will be replaced or a full refund made including carriage costs. Should we require the item to be returned then the reasonable and agreed cost of carriage will be met by us. Refunds may be considered for goods without fault, but may be subject to a re-stocking charge and carriage at the returners expense. Many of our sheet and rod items are cut from larger stocked pieces and are therefore regarded as special order. These items may be subject to a restocking charge if unwanted. Any request for return in these instances should be made within 14 calender days of receipt of item/s. Refunds will usually be made by the same method as the original payment.

We only collect and use the personal and other data required in order to process an order from receipt of that order to its completion. We will never pass on such information to a third party for marketing or any other use. We offer a sign up to our newsletter service, contact details will only be used to send occassional e-mail bulletin / newsletters and will not be passed on to third parties for any other use.

Payment card information is stored securely until processed, at which point the 'validating data' such as csv number and expirey date are deleted and are unretrievable from our records. Consequently if any refund or return payment is required the payment card details will usually need to be supplied again.
