Main characteristics of extruded and cast Nylons :

- high mechanical strength, stiffness, hardness and toughness - good fatigue resistance

- high mechanical damping ability - good sliding properties - excellent wear resistance

- good electrical insulating properties - good resistance to high energy radiation (gamma and X-rays)

- good machinability

NYLON 66 Extruded Rod
The most common Nylon for general applicaations. Available in Natural and Black. 5mm to 200mm

Nylon 66 Sheet
Nylon 66 Sheet in thicknesses 2mm to 60mm

Nylatron GS Rod and Sheet
Nylatron GS is a filled Nylon grade which has greater wear properties than standard unfilled Nylon

Nylon 6PLA cast Rod
6PLA Cast NYLON Rod available in 50mm and larger diameters in natural (cream) or Black

Nylatron GSM Rod
Nylatron GSM is a filled grade of Cast Nylon which has greater wear properties than standard unfilled Nylon

Glass Filled Nylon
Nylon 66 with a 30% Glass fibre reinforcing filling

MC901 Rod
MC901 is a heat stabilised Cast Nylon

Oil Filled Nylon
Self lubricated (oil filled) Nylons, suitable for highly loaded and slowly moving parts applications.
